Professional Newborn Care Specialist (Baby Nurse) You Can Rely On
The first months with a newborn are the hardest, and they are also the ones families get the least help with. We place newborn care specialists, often called baby nurses, who are experienced specifically with infants: feeding routines, sleep and nap schedules, bathing, bottle and breastfeeding support, umbilical and diaper care, tracking wet and dirty diapers, sterilising equipment, and keeping the nursery organised. Placements can be overnight only, daytime only, live-in, or twenty-four hour coverage in shifts, and families often start with a longer schedule in the first weeks and taper as things settle. Many of the specialists we place have supported twins and premature infants, and many speak Nepali, Tibetan, or Hindi alongside English, which matters when a grandmother is in the house and everyone needs to be on the same page. Tell us your due date or your baby's age, the hours you need, and whether you want overnights, and we will bring you people worth meeting.
