Yes. Many of the caregivers we work with speak Nepali, Tibetan, Hindi, or English, and a number of them speak more than one. Tell us which language matters most in your home and we will look for candidates who fit.
Are you a licensed agency?
Yes. Rupa Employment Agency is a licensed New York City employment agency. We have operated from our Elmhurst office for over 15 years.
How do you screen the people you place?
We interview every candidate ourselves, go through their work history, and check references before we put them in front of a family or an employer. We also stay in touch after a placement starts, because how someone works out over the first few weeks tells you more than any interview does.
What does it cost to work with your agency?

What kinds of jobs do you fill besides childcare?
Along with nannies, babysitters, elderly caregivers, and housekeepers, we place restaurant and kitchen staff, waiters, waitresses and hostesses, deli, grocery and convenience store workers, cashiers, sales staff, drivers, delivery workers, construction labor, office staff, and nail and threading technicians.
